What is your return policy for retail products?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns page for more details.
Do you accept FSA/HSA?
Yes, we do accept FSA/HSA & will provide a Letter of Medical Necessity for a $10 fee. This LOM is good for 365 days.
What is your no show policy?
To provide the best experience for all clients and to respect the time of our estheticians, we kindly ask that you review and understand our No-Show and Late Arrival Policy.
We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, your appointment may still be honored; however, your treatment time may be shortened by the amount of time you are late, and full service pricing will still apply. Service adjustments are subject to the esthetician’s schedule and availability.
If a late arrival interferes with the next client’s scheduled appointment, your service will be cancelled to avoid impacting other guests. In this case, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a $50 no-show fee will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before rescheduling any future appointments.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be subject to cancellation and the no-show fee at the discretion of the spa.
This policy does not apply in cases of inclement weather or acts of God, which will be handled with care and understanding.

Yes. All in spa appointments require a $25 deposit. Spa parties require a $100 deposit
