What is your return policy for retail products?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns page for more details.
Do you accept FSA/HSA?
Yes, we do accept FSA/HSA & will provide a Letter of Medical Necessity for a $10 fee. This LOM is good for 365 days.
What is your no show policy?
At Radiant Recovery Spa & Beauty Bar, we value the time of every client and strive to provide exceptional service in a timely and relaxing environment. In order to respect the schedules of both our clients and our esthetician, the following policy is in place:
Appointment DepositsA $50 deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service total on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation PolicyWe kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A No Show is defined as:Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, orFailing to arrive for your scheduled appointment.
Late ArrivalsClients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no show. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, adjustments to the service may be necessary depending on the schedule. Accommodation is not guaranteed.
If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, the appointment will be considered a no show.
No Show FeeClients who no show or arrive too late to be accommodated will forfeit the $50 deposit, which will serve as the no show fee.
